I so pleased from the product. The quality is very good. The size is the smallest i have ever seen. The benefit to my hormonal health and balance, skin and appearance wonderful. The dosage for me is one per a day and I feel very well after using it. I haven't problem with the taste. I recommend it.
It is very good quality and this is a good dosage to work with. You can start at 25 and adjust all the way to a hundred. Be sure to have your DHEA-S levels tested before you start and during so you don't go over the recommended levels.
Taken as mentioned by others to be good for fertility. I didn’t get good results in my egg freezing but I have no way of knowing if this supplement made any difference or not
it may level up poor hormones like estrogen and testosteron in older people too much can have side effects and it should only be taken when really needed

This is a reputable brand I tried at low dosages to minimally affect my own pathways. The ingredient is meant to upregulate a number of pathways so the size of the dosage matters. Best to read up on how this product is intended to work before trying it.
