Chelated Zinc, 90 Vegetable Capsules (30 mg per Capsule)

My general physician recommended that I take 50 mg of zinc daily, especially during this covid19 season. I'd been taking it during winter and flu months, and was able to avoid getting sick for the last 3 years. I ordered this brand, and have felt well during this pandemic.

I switched to Blue Bonnet Zinc a couple of years ago because of what it does NOT contain. ( See the label) And also it is JUST zinc. Zinc was super helpful to me years ago when I was experiencing mood swings and anxiety and this brand is still helping me. My GP, in recent years, tested my zinc and copper levels and found there was an imbalance and the excess of copper was causing the anxiety, so increased my zinc dosage.( don’t do this without doctors advice as too much zinc can be harmful).
