I occasionally had trouble falling asleep and would often wake up in the middle of the night. This magnesium supplement has really helped. After about three days, my body adjusted, and now I sleep more soundly and find it much easier to fall back asleep if I wake up during the night. I’m very glad I tried it. The ingredients are pure and of high quality, and I personally enjoy the taste, it reminds me of lemonade. Ingredients are well labeled. Excellent quality product. The size is small but packaged well in a container. Great benefits and very good for joints, muscle and sleep. Taste is okay. It’s very beneficial for your hormones especially when you have bad period cramps. I recommend this item. Great mineral

tastes okay!! (was glad because what people say about its taste was kinda mixed.) very very light almost negligible flavour. very easy and pleasant to take, especially useful if pills are hard for you. it doesn't dissolve very easily in water so you've got to stir for awhile but other than that it's great! would recommend. no sugar added also! ingredients are pure. would recommend!

good quality supplement to keep your nervous system steady. Its a powder and you need to mix just 1 measuring spoon with water, the spoon is already inside the bottle. It has a mild taste that is not great I would say but it does the job. The only minus is it really makes me use the restroom right away. I didn't have this side effect with other form of magnesium.

If you can't swallow Magnusium pills, this powder is for you. If you have problems with sleeping, it works. It's not so tasty, but it's better than other firms' taste. The benefit is that ok for your stomach, by the way. Size is not so small - approximately - it's 50 days.

I switched to this magnesium after using Pure Encapsulations capsules. Natural Factors offers great quality and is much more budget-friendly. However, I noticed a significant difference with the powder form. When I took a full scoop (and a heaping one the next day), I experienced strange 'zapping' or tingling sensations on the top of my head during the night and early morning. It seems that the powder, when dissolved in water, absorbs much faster than capsules, creating a sharp spike in magnesium levels. This is particularly important for those who, like me, take blood pressure medication (Amlodipine/Valsartan). How I fixed it: I reduced the dosage to half a scoop and dissolved it in warm herbal tea, sipping it slowly. The 'zaps' disappeared, and I finally felt the relaxation and improved sleep quality I was looking for. Bottom line: This is a high-quality product with a clean formula. But if you are sensitive or switching from capsules, I recommend starting with 1/3 or 1/2 of the dose. The powder is a 'fast-acting' form, and your nervous system needs time to adjust! I wanted to update my review regarding the product name. I initially ordered Magnesium Bisglycinate, but received a container labeled Magnesium Glycinate. After doing some research, I realized they are actually the same thing. 'Bisglycinate' simply refers to the two glycine molecules attached to the magnesium, and many brands use the terms interchangeably. The product quality remains excellent, and it is still the highly absorbable, stomach-friendly form of magnesium I was looking for. No need to worry if you see 'Glycinate' on the label!

Good quality ingredients make this magnesium bisglycinate desirable but won’t cost the world. Helps enormously with sleep and rest in a busy lifestyle . Helps keep sleep hormones in production too. There’s no taste and could be better with some kind of flavour but at this price point I can’t complain too much.

Great quality product! The ingredients are high-qualit. The packaging is excellent and practical. This form of magnesium is the only one that works for me without causing digestive problems and it helps me a lot. I use it in the evenings, it helps me sleep better. I walk a lot, and magnesium is a very good mineral that can help those with joint pain and muscle cramps after a long walk. I've tried various ones, but this is the product I'll definitely continue to use because it suits me best.

After the gym, it helps my muscles and even my stomach when it’s upset it helps in the digestive system. Also, it tells me to sleep very well. It’s never hurt my stomach. It’s very easy to observe and very light on the stomach.

This is the third product I've tried that is a powder to dissolve in water. By far the best tasting and it is fast acting. I feel relaxed and ready for sleep within 30 min of taking.
