Mineral Unseen Sunscreen SPF 40

I purchased this product because the original mineral sunscreen was discontinued. The original was more like a lotion and did not leave a white cast. This definitely is more drier, leaves a white cast (and my skin is light). I need to add an additional layer of tinted sunscreen to make it work. It also can settle into dry spots around your nose if you don't rub it well.

I love all unseen sunscreen. After doing research it was said the mineral sunscreen is better and helps more with hyperpigmentation. So I bought this one because the last 2 sunscreens from unseen sunscreen is clear no white cast, as a melanated girl it leave a white blueish/purple cast

I love this stuff. I can only wear mineral sunscreen on my face otherwise my face breaks out terribly. But, most mineral sunscreen leaves my face white and pasty. Not this stuff! It goes on smooth and clear. And, no breakouts and when I sweat, my eyes don't sting like the would with non-mineral. Will never go without!

After using this sunscreen for several weeks I find I like its lightweight texture, its permeability and it doesn’t leave a cast.

Unincentivized review. This is very close to being a perfect sunscreen for me. I applied 1.5 finger lengths of product to one side of my face, and left the other side bare to demonstrate the minimal white cast. The left side of the photo with the mark on my chin has sunscreen, the right side of the photo has no skincare or complexion products other than moisturizer. One photo was taken in natural diffused light in front of a window, one in dark indoor lighting with flash; both were taken within 5 minutes of application. I am light complexion (Haus Labs 100/110). The white cast is so, so, so close to being undetectable, especially in natural lighting. I am incredibly happy with how this blends, looks, and feels on my face. The texture starts like a lotion but spreads and diffuses like a silicone primer. I can't upload more photos but it is also perfectly cooperative under makeup (mix of Hourglass tint and Haus Labs foundation). My single complaint is that it clings to dry patches. I am a moisture junkie but I am currently on a medication that causes skin dryness and have a few small dry spots around my chin that the sunscreen gripped visibly onto. Not bothersome enough to discontinue use, will just continue to exfoliate and moisturize well. Overall, love love love. Would love even more if it was a little cheaper :)

I adore this sunscreen. It glides smoothly onto the skin and blends so nicely like silk!

I'm a big fan of this sunscreen. It's very soothing for sensitive skin like most zinc sunscreens, but unlike others is non-greasy, super lightweight, and very easy to rub in. It has almost a satin finish that's great on combo skin, controls forehead oil but isn't drying to cheeks. It also fills pores well like a pore-minimizing primer which is nice both wearing alone and under makeup, but it doesn't clog them - my skin has actually become clearer from wearing this daily because of the zinc. It definitely leaves a white cast at first, but after 10-15min it sinks in really well. I have quite pale skin so it sinks in to be truly invisible, but I expect it would leave a white cast on darker skin. I appreciate that supergoop is honest about mineral sunscreens being impossible to actually make invisible on all skin tones, so I hope they will keep this unseen one without any tint, but also expand to have tinted ones as well with a properly inclusive shade range so that it's 'unseen' on darker skin as well.

Okay so when I first tried this product I was absolutely horrifed with the cast it left and immediately threw on makeup to cover the cast. But as I've used it more, I noticed that the cast sort of fades away as it sits on the skin. Also, it has been great for my oily skin because there is no greasy feeling unlike the regular unseen

After using this product for a year or so I’m in love with it i love how clean the ingredients are and i’ve never broken out from the sunscreen. The only thing i have to say is that it does have a white cast and i normally put it on underneath some sort of skin tint but other than that this has been the first sunscreen to not break me out after trying out multiple. Definitely a yes for sensitive dry skin girlies.
