I have used for about 2 months and really enjoy this. very much a foundation with light smooth coverage. I have skin on the drier (mature) side, and this feels amazing. long-lasting, easy application. looks skin like.had to shade match in store. natural/satin finish. my other go to foundations are chanel le beige water fresh tint (lighter coverage than this), dior stick (about same coverage), dior natural foundation (slightly heavier coverage)

The product is grainy and easily pills when set. It wears horribly as the day progresses, separating into a mess. There’s definitely something off with the formulation of this product.
I really liked this product at first, but after about three weeks of using it, the formula started separating. The oil would come out first and the tinted/foundation part would come out separately, so I had to mix it back together every time I used it. I loved it in the beginning, but unfortunately the formula just didn’t hold up well over time.
I used to buy this product a lot and it used to work really well, unfortunately they must have changed the quality--or ingredients; it's pilly, it's NOT a shade match, and it oxidizes horribly and slides throughout the day. I used to wear this a lot so it's disheartening because it WAS a really great product, but after sitting for only a month or less in the drawer unopened in box it was totally unusable and damaged.
So far the best tinted sunscreen I’ve tried. It’s really between a foundation, moisturizer and sunscreen. Not too thick or cakey. I tried the other highly rated one and it was too thin. Just go to Sephora, get color checked and take samples of the top 2 or three in your price range. I’m in my forties so I don’t use the thickest foundation because it settles in my fine lines and also looks dry at times. This tinted sunscreen is great. I’ve been loving a lot of Merit products lately.
I have not bought a full size foundation/skin tint in quite some time until this one. Despite having mature skin, I cannot stand dewy foundations, prefer satin, natural or skin tints. I also have a somewhat difficult skintone to match, light-medium with slight olive undertone but with a lot of surface pink. I was matched to a 22 in store but purchased Shade 25 and both work. I will say it is a teeny bit too matte, so I mix it with a drop of moisturizer and it's perfect for the summer. For the winter, I will switch to slightly more moisturizing foundations. But Merit and Refy are great for summer in Florida. Definitely recommend!
Ive used almost a full bottle of this and I love it. So far I dont have anything negative to say. It lays beautifully. I see some reviews that it separates or pills but I haven't experienced that. I use Elemis spf moisturizer 1 pump of Merit and I've had no issues.
Product goes bad and separates very quickly. Separation started around 2 months, inconveniently just outside of the return window
I love this product! I was a little afraid of trying it after reading some other reviews but this is the perfect formula for my skin. I am 47 and my skin is somewhat dry and I wanted a sheet but buildable formula. Other similar products with mineral tinted SPF (Tower 28, Saie, Cerave) all make my skin look incredibly oily and require a translucent setting powder (and even with that, would transfer onto every shoulder I hug). The Beauty of Joseon version is more matte but looked too cakey on my skin. This Merit version is just enough coverage, #21 matches my skin exactly, and it gives me a bit of glow without being too much or requiring a separate powder. I put this directly on clean skin so perhaps this formula doesn’t play well with other skincare (as per other reviews discussing pilling) but on my clean skin it is wonderful and sits perfectly.
I can't predict how this will wear on my face more than half the time. I wear this as additional SPF not as my main SPF. My main SPF ranges from a SPF that contains both mineral+chemical, or only chemical filters. I also moisturize before I apply any sunscreen. I don't know what magic is going on but sometimes this SPF literally separates on my nose, mouth, or chin and looks/feels so DRY that I can feel the tightness on my face. Other times it wears initially well and looks really luminous and fresh but it then chooses to separate and also become greasy by hour 6. And sometimes it wears completely fine. I just cant wrap my head around it because I only wear a few combinations of powders/setting sprays and my other foundations have never been this temperamental.
