As soon as I opened the box and opened the lip gloss the applicator was really loose and yesterday night which was two weeks since I bought the lipgloss it broke and now I can’t use it because the applicator is stuck in the bottle over all it’s a very good lipgloss

Want to like it but can’t
I had to give it one star because the applicator broke only a few days of me using it. It did make my lips pinker and is overall a pretty good oil but the applicator breaking (inside the bottle btw) has deterred me from purchasing in the future. I’ve had it barely 7 days future.

Defective product
The doe foot detached from the applicator upon first use. Many reviews state the same issue. Why is Sephora selling a clearly defective product at full price? The product should be recalled.

The formula is great but as others have stated the applicator is terrible and just not worth it. My first broke after about 4 uses. Sephora was great to chat and issues me a replacement, this time - the applicator broke after 1 use. It breaks off inside the lip oil and is just stuck there. What a waste!

Please fix the applicator! 😭
I did like the product, but I hope they fix the applicator because when I first bought it, the applicator broke in 3 days and when I exchanged it for another, it broke again after 5 days. Won't be repurchasing till this is fixed.

wow I wish I saw the multi reviews of the broken applicator before buying this product. I agree that im shocked that lady gaga does not know how many customers are cheated out of their $$ for inability to use the product with the applicator broken off ao easily.
