Design features gray colored accents that give the otherwise flat white material the illusion of texture and depth. A fun and simple strategy. However those same gray accents combined with even the smallest amount of normal wear and usage now make the shoes look gray dingy and dirty. I’ll never get these again for that alone. I get it. White shoes show dirt. But the gray accents accentuate and accelerate how dirty they constantly look.

Extremely comfortable and lightweight. I think Trace is more attractive than other Brooks shoes as well

Wore brooks long ago. Went back to Brooks on advise from my wife. I love these shoes. I’ll be looking at Brooks for future purchases.
