Go up in size for the prefect fit. Ordered my usual 8.5 wide, and it was tight. Or order you size and order half size up to try on. They the best return policy with no hassle.

Toebox is too narrow, even a half size up from normal is too small. Would have ordered the Wide size, but nothing in stock.

I know people who swear by these shoes and use them for long distances. But they were too narrow and short for me (despite following the size chart). i might have been willing to try them in wide width but i recommend you go to a brick and mortar store to try them first so you know the right fit. I had to return them.
