Amazing shoe overall just very heavy

As a big boned 300 lb male doing 10 hr Amazon fulfillment shifts , these work shoes did not disappoint in comparison to 35 years of wearing many many styles of safety footwear . Glad to grab a pair in my size while still available.

These shoes were not as wide as they should have been. In addition even with premium insole inserts there was no arch support.

I don’t know what other shoes on Zappos that are 6E. Finally I shoe that is wide enough for me.

Well, there are many reviews that weren’t great. It seems that New Balance has cancelled this shoe. No longer making it. But I was looking for a special shoe that has been really hard to find. Wide. I got the 4E. Tough with a protected toe. Stable and could take abuse. So even thought some love it and some hate it I decided to give it a try. It works for me. I use them for working around the estate. They are tough. Comfortable for me. You can remove the insole and put your own ortho in which I did. People talk about wearing all day and for miles at a time. I can see that but for me they are perfect and on sale. The colors are not great but who cares
