wonderful third pair of these I have bought

I wanted to love this shoe, but there is no way that it is a size 10 even though it is labeled as such. I wear 10 medium in pretty much every brand, but this one is going back. I don't think sizing up will change the problem of it being narrow in the wrong places as well.

I have purchased other Clarks shoes in the same size and they fit perfectly. These are too small and measured against my other Clarks are noticeably shorter by more than 1/4 ".

I was so excited to see this model in wide in size 11. I bought a regular width and it was just too tight. The wide is wonderful but it is a tad too wide. I kept them anyway — no pain at all! I may have to put little pads on the heel inside to take away a bit of the size.

I absolutely love these shoes; however, I have somewhat of a high instep and I could not zip them up. It's regrets that I have to return them.
