I love this coat so nice and warm. at 40 it's very nice I can see it being great for colder weather. Very light weight wish it had more pockets . I am 5-3 162 got a larger gives me enough room to wear a sweatshirt under it if I need to. No complaints at all. LL Bean my go to for winter wear, living in Mi you got to be prepared.
The jacket is really comfortable and warm and roomy enough to wear a thick sweater underneath.
I took the advice of reviewers and ordered a size up from normal (a large) and it was way too big all over. The sleeves were extremely long too. So I sized down to my normal medium and it was too tight, pretty much all over. It felt like I went from a large to a small. This would have been a nice jacket so I'm really disappointed. There seems to be some definite sizing issues, as other reviewers note. If you can find a size that fits it's a nice jacket, but good luck!
I was looking for a jacket that would keep me warm but not be bulky like my parka. This filled the bill beautifully. Comfy enough to wear playing pickleball outdoors during the winter. This is true LL Bean quality with all the style and practical details I could want.

It has become my favorite jacket. The fit is perfect and it is very comforatable.
Nice jacket. I like the fleece lining, and the zippered pockets. It's got a lot of excess quilting, I'd prefer something smoother but it works. It's definitely not for cold weather, but for fall and spring it's fine. I should have sized up, the shoulders are a little tight, hard to get in and out of with a sweater on.
Great price and excellent fit. She has been looking for a new Jacket that doesn't make her feel like a blimp. Good looking jacket.
I've worn LLBEAN products for many years, always in size medium. This jacket is much too small to fit comfortably around the body if wearing even a light weight sweater. I had to return it.
This jacket has many good qualities. The warmth rating is spot on, the fit is excellent, the color is very nice. There are two shortcomings: It really needs a chest pocket for a cell phone. Also, the fleece lining keeps shedding in little navy blue balls on my turtlenecks.
