Within the first 3 wearings the shoe stretched to falling off my foot. I wear a 9 Slim. I tried inserts etc but nothing worked. Took them to a local SAS store, but they were no help. I can’t recommend this shoe. Just never got around to returning it.

This shoe is too narrow in the toe box for me. I am reordering a wider shoe. I ordered a medium which fits me fine with all other shoes but hoping the wide I have just ordered fits better.

I ordered and received the 6 1/2 medium width. I've always loved SAS shoes and sandals for the comfort and style, but this just didn't work well for me. It is a beautiful, well-made shoe, in any case! I am usually very pleased with my SAS order, so I'll keep ordering. Zappos service is outstanding!
First and foremost, hats off to the San Antonio Shoe Company for making shoes in the USA! I first learned of this brand from the Catholic school nuns and teachers back in the 1980s and 1990s. They all wore these shoes, and I never understood why until I needed a comfortable slip-on walking shoe. The style is enduring and the comfort is truly unmatched. Expensive, but a great value when you consider the materials, craftsmanship and the meaningfulness (to me) of wearing American-made footwear. The style is simple, but when and if, comfort ever becomes a priority for you, SAS is a solid brand I’d recommend to anyone. Very similar to the SAS Simplify, which Is a fantastic all purpose shoe that can stand up to shopping, walking, workouts, cleaning, traveling, driving — whatever your day brings. Would not normally have ordered the linen color option, but I honestly love it. It’s uncomplicated and wears like a nice, nude shoe. I wear this as my house shoes, and love it so much, I bought a backup pair just in case they ever stop making it.
