Slipper soles were on back order. I was notified when they became available. Prompt delivery after I ordered them. My slippers are like brand new again.

Replacement pads were out of stock when I went to order some. I was notified as soon as they were available, they shipped immediately and they arrived when they said they would. They fit my slippers perfectly even though my slippers had been washed (air dried) several times. My slippers look like new again.

Super comfortable insole replacements so I can prolong the ones where my insoles wore out. Wish they came in more than one color
