Love the look of the shoe. I am a 7.5w and I got an 8 but it was too roomy. My main complaint is I found them uncomfortable and without a lot of cushion. However, I am a Birkenstock wearer for the most part so my feet are not used to suffering lol. I was looking for a small heel.
My goodness, the comfort in these shoes are what I have been looking for! I started buying Clarks sandals for the summer time and absolutely loved them so I thought I would give the pumps a try. So far they are great and I love the built in cushion on the back of the shoe for no slip outs. I'm sometimes between a 6.5 and 7 so I did order the 7 in hopes they run the same fit as the sandals. The heel is a perfect height as I can't wait the 3 inch + heels anymore.
These shoes look and feel really nice. I wear a size 5.5 in dress shoes and I bought a size 6 hoping they would be more comfortable for me because I hardly wear shoes with heels anymore (I'm 60 years old), but they were just too big for me. I learned I still need a size 5.5. I would have kept them if I didn't pick the wrong size.
Soles were worn and something was splashed on the toe when I received them. The left shoe pinched my foot.
Very comfortable
I ended up sizing down to a 6 1/2W from a 7W which I typically am. It is a good, basic functional dress shoe and hopefully will be comfortable as it breaks in.
Shoes too big.
I like Clarks. I like the leather and the fit. The heel is just the right height. I like the toe box. I only wear dress shoes for a limited time and they all have lasted me years. I'm sure this pair will last my lifetime as well. Good price! I've always been happy with Zappos as well
I wanted to love these. Some Clark’s shoes work, some do not. The problem is me, not Clark’s…. A very wide toe box is needed.
These were very stiff and tight across the top of my foot. I had to buy inserts and heel cushions to make them fit - not slip off my heel when I walked. The 11's would have been way too tight/small, but unfortunately the 12's didn't seem to work either. These worked for the ONE time I had to wear them, but I re-sold them after. Very pretty shoe, but it just was not the most comfortable in my opinion.
