Good looking shoe, but... zero arch support, toe box is tight, and insole is glued in so hard to replace

Very very comfortable boot I purchased both the light and dark brown suede. Crepe sole is super quiet and soft. Perfect winter boot.

These felt clunky and lacked support. Walking in them felt like clopping around, even though they were the right size. And the lacing scheme was weird and not helpful in firming up the fit. They look good in the pictures but they weren't something I'd ever want to wear!

It looked better (quality) in the pic on Zappos. Color looked better as well. Accurate fit. So-so comfort.
