awesome shoe: This shoe corrects my genu valgum or knee knocker syndrome. It is cofortable yet supportive. I love the dark sole because it appears to stay cleaner longer. Please make more dark soled shoes. I love the navy blue, it is awesome!
These ASICS Gel-Kayano 33 have helped me continue to walk daily with a moderately severe case of Plantar Fasciitis. I have to wear black shoes to my job, and even though they are athletic shoes, I can wear them in most places that expect dressier shoes.
I have been wearing GEL-Kayano's for at least 15 years, but the ASICS marketing group has made it harder to get my size, unless I pay full price as soon as the new models are released. They must have realized they could make a better profit margin if I can no longer wait for the price reduction of older models when new ones are released. For the review, I cannot judge the arch support, as I use custom insoles to get the amount I need. I will miss the Kayano's when they are priced out of my budget range.
Too narrow for an extra wide, upper mesh is not giving.
Best Fitting & Most Comfortable Gel-Kayano's: As a runner, then walker, and now a disabled senior, I have been a loyal Asics and Gel-Kayano model shoe customer for 47 years. This most recent evolution of the Gel-Kayano - 33rd edition, is absolutely the most comfortable and all-around best fitting Gel-Kayano so far. And please note that I have tried other brands sneakers, but they all have fallen short when compared to the Asics Shoes. Thanks, Asics, for providing wonderful running and walking shoes for all of us Asics loyalists. Kenny G
Love them: love these Shoes my new go to for long distance runs
Great shoes! Personally really love them, I'm more on the heavier side and these were chosen for me and I can do everything so comfortably. I'm going to basic soon and these are a life savor for my feet!
Stylish, Comfortable, and Perfect Fit: These shoes are fantastic! They're comfortable, stylish, and exactly what I was looking for. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.
Husband loves these. Second pair, good wide toe box and lots of support and bounce in his step.
Can’t return them quick enough.
