Go one full size down! Go down one full size! My true size is 9.5 M and I ordered chocolate brown in 8.5 M. They fit perfectly except both shoes are a little bit too wide. There is no way to adjust the loose shoe laces to tighten the fit so I will hand sew the laces with a small fold over. Other than shoe laces which are too loose, I absolutely LOVE these shoes! They look cute and are very comfortable.

Beware the laces: The shoe is great looking, lightweight. I purchased them in brown, the problem is I want to tighten the laces. You cannot. They are sewn in place with no visible end.
