I was looking for a suede sneaker for softness and comfort and thought this would be it. But although this is suede on the outside, it is lined with a very stiff canvas. Where the canvas is stitched, especially around the small toe, you can feel the rough seam. I also regularly wear a size 8 but my toes were hitting the front of this shoe. Because others had mentioned that, I ordered this shoe in both an 8 and 8.5. However, the 8.5 didn't hit my arch in the correct spot, in addition to the issues I mentioned above. So disappointed in this Taos shoe. You would think that at this price point, they'd provide a better product.

These shoes seem well made. They fit in length but are extremely tight in width. I was surprised and disappointed at how much the ball of my foot feels pinched in these sneakers.
