I normally wear a size 8 and ordered a size 8. The size 8 was way too big. I ordered a size 7 and they were okay as far as size but the shoe rubbed the back of my heel when I walked. After I put in the half size, hard shoe inserts I had, no more rubbing on the back of my heel. Yay! I love the shoes now. VERY comfortable and they will be great for Northwest rainy days.
