The shoes were a little too big, with a gap at the heel. I probably could have bought heel pads and it would have been alright, but I didn't like the look of them either. They looked classier online. IRL the textured faux leather looked kind of tacky. Plus the blue didn't match my dress.
Although this is a beautiful shoe to look at - it was way to small (too short) and the part of the shoe that surrounds the back of the heel was far too stiff. Returning due to sizing discrepancy. I wear a 9M consistently in street shoes, heels, sneakers. Needed this for a wedding, disappointed.
