Comfortable performance running shorts: I run outside and on the treadmill several times per week. I found the Dash Reflective shorts comfortable for my 3-4 mile runs. They fit true to size. I appreciate the pocket in the back for holding my keys. The performance fabric is high quality and comfortable on my runs. The shorts look good as well.
