Fun jacket for traveling: Love this jacket for the transition seasons or layered over a sweater for colder weather. It's the weight of a light denim jacket. I like the medium fit with a bit longer sleeves to cuff, though often times I wear a small in LLBean sizing.

Love the blue color: I love the jacket and the color blue. I bought an xs. I'm 100 pounds. It runs large in the body of the jacket. The sleeves are fine. I wish xs was really xs. I find a lot of garments run large in the body like this.
Great Classic Style: This is a great coat for early autumn or layering. Even with the shorter length, the classic design of the LL Bean field coat is still there. Like everything else from LL Bean, this little coat is made well and will last a good long time.
So perfect for fall! This jacket is beautiful as well as functional. It is a perfect lightweight jacket for fall, affording plenty of room for warm sweaters underneath. It is unlined, so if you're looking for something for colder winter temperatures, this is not the answer. However, it's perfect for those crisp autumn days when your sweater isn't quite enough! So glad I was able to find this versatile piece. The relaxed fit is true to size, but not too boxy. Another LLBean winner!

Perfect! I bought the green-blue one and adore the color. It's so different for a jacket like this. Also, it's cropped, so a bit more stylish, too. I have longish arms, and the fit is fine for me. It's not lined, so I probably won't wear it in the winter, but a definite yes for spring and fall and cool summer nights. I can get a lightweight sweater under it, as well.
