Glycerin Flex

These were good looking sneakers, but the flexibility eliminated any and all support. They were returned.

I wish I could return these, but I wore them outside to try to make them work for me, putting on a few miles and readjusting the laces. The resulting blisters and foot pain were absolutely like nothing I’ve experienced before. I love the Glycerins I’ve worn, but these are NOT the same, and shouldn’t be called Glycerin! The toe box is too small but the width is too wide, and the sole doesn’t fit the shape of the shoe. I have nothing good to say about this sneaker. I’ve never had a worse experience. Don’t waste your money.

Despite going half size up, the toe box still felt too tight. I’m returning. I have the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 25 but am unable to order that shoe again. Maybe it’s been discontinued. Also the material around the ankle looked cheap and flimsy.

I’ve been wearing Brooks for over 15 years and always love the fit and look. I love the color of these!

placement of the support tabs/loops for the laces are right on top of the large toe ball joint (potential bunion) and the motion of walking can rub on top and create both a blister and overtime a callous which can add to the joint discomfort.

Comfortable but short lifespan: Absolutely loved the cushioning on these shoes, as someone who gets my steps in every day. They were super comfortable, but bought in June and it is now September, and both front toe soles wore out prematurely.

Great shoe if you're a fan of the Glycerin! I loved the Glycerin 21 but haven't liked the editions after it. I asked my local running store to special order the Flex for me to try and in so very glad I did. Great fit. Responsive with enough cushion to keep it comfortable miles and miles down the road. If I could change one thing, I'd secure the tongue better. When first putting the shoe on I have to go in and smooth down the edges along the top of my foot. This has become my go to shoe this summer. I ordered my normal 1/2 size up and the fit was perfect.

Great shoe for running! As someone that runs on the balls of their feet, toe box support is very important to me. These shoes have not only support but more padding in the toe box area than most shoes I've tried. They also provide the right amount of support for gym workouts. I will be buying more of this style!!!

I was looking for support and comfortable walking in all day. So far I am very happy. I like the style and this color. I leans a like more beige than peach which is exactly what I hoped.
