Comfy!! Purchased this pair to complement my warm wardrobe for the chilly, wet Pacific Northwest trips. Excellent when taking walking excursions yet keeps my feets dry and comfy from the soggy elements. Great for casual wear in jeans or professional occasions wearing khakis/polo shirts. Try with warm wool socks in frigid temps. Highly recommended.
This is a great shoe that I have come back to for it's comfort. If you read some reviews they will say that they are not made like they used to be, and while that may be true, they still are a superior shoe compared to what is out there. My specific needs are-comfort, waterproof, style and durability. This shoe fits the bill. I have a job where my time is divided between office and field, without notice, so I need to be prepared. Comfort right out of the box. It is a bit pricey, but I learned a long time ago not to skimp on shoes. I do recommend this shoe for light field/office work.
