Stanfield's Men's 2 Layer Merino Wool Blend Thermal Long Sleeve Shirt

I bought this as a gift for my father-in-law to wear in cold weather. The package I received was labeled correctly, but when I opened it, there was a thin 32 Degrees brand shirt inside instead of the item I ordered. I called Macy’s customer service and was assured that a replacement would arrive within two business days. However, after waiting two business days, I contacted them again and was told that the replacement had not even been shipped yet. This has been a very frustrating experience, especially since the item was intended as a gift in cold weather. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of Macy’s service and the way this issue was handled.

I was pleased with the comfort of the shirt, as well as the warmth.
