Textured Multi-Teardrop Drop Earrings in 14k Gold-Plated Sterling Silver

I tried on the earrings when I first purchased them, and they looked really nice. I then kept them safely in the box for about three months because I had bought them specifically for an upcoming occasion. When I took them out to wear them, I noticed that they had turned black with a bluish discoloration. I can’t wear them now because of the change in color. Would Macy’s be able to offer me a refund or exchange, given that the discoloration occurred while the earrings were stored and not being worn?

These earrings are absolutely beautiful. Yes, as another reviewer said they do tarnish (that is what it looks like). Just purchase a jewelry cleaning cloth and clean them. They will look brand new again.

These are beautiful on and very light. I receive more compliments on these earrings.

Knotted up cannot wear. Was in hospital or would have returned.

We were disappointed when we received the earings, one was broken. We returned them for replacement. The box they came in was too small, part of the earings were sticking out the edges of the box.
