My friend had one of these knives at her house and I used it to slice tomatoes and raw chicken. The knife sliced through both the fruit and meat with such ease! I had to buy one for myself, which I did. This is such a fantastic knife and I cannot recommend it more highly!! I was able to remove three other knives out if the drawer because this one is so versatile.
worst bread knife ever, my old knife is/was a henckels and it was wonderful but this one would not cut out a paper bag.
