The size of the Cuisinart Everyday Pan with Medium Dome Cover is very practical for everyday cooking, and the deeper shape gives me plenty of room for sautéing, simmering, and making one-pan meals without worrying about spills. The pan heats evenly and cooks food consistently, while the nonstick surface makes stirring and cleanup much easier. I especially like the medium dome cover because it provides extra room for foods that need to rise or for larger portions, and it helps retain moisture while cooking. The pan feels sturdy and well made without being difficult to handle.

Very good pan for daily use

I do really use this almost every day! It works great and am happy it doesn't have a long handle because I also put it in the oven frequently.
