Italian Gold Forza Rope Chain 24" Necklace (2-1/2mm) in 14k Gold

Purchased this necklace for my husband’s Christmas gift. He wore it for about 2 hours when it broke. No idea how that can even happen. Luckily Macy’s was still open and we went straight there and received amazing service. In store they had a larger mm chain that she price matched for us. So one star for this chain, five stars for this service.

This necklace catches and snags all my shirts! Wish it could be fixed where it would not do that...
