This lotion is very lightweight, the coconut scent isn't overpowering or too much that it combats my fragrance. apply it as a regular body lotion in the morning after shower, focusing this on areas that will be our in the sun: chest, neck, arms (it's still very much winter where am!). It absorbed seamlessly and didn't leave a greasy or sticky feeling, I was able to get dressed almost immediately without disrupting it! have pretty dry skin and it left me feeling hydrated but not overly for daytime use. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because wish it was at least SPF 50!
