⭐ star review I am extremely disappointed with Macy’s. I placed an order for Diamond Stud Earrings (1/6 ct. t.w.) in 10k Gold on September 13, and I still have not received my item. It has now been over a month, and Macy’s has already taken my money. This was supposed to be a very special birthday gift, which makes this situation even more upsetting. I have been a loyal Macy’s customer and a Platinum member, so I expected much better customer service and communication. I have contacted Macy’s for help, but I feel that my concerns have not been properly addressed. Taking payment and then leaving a customer waiting for more than a month without receiving the item is extremely frustrating. I hope Macy’s takes responsibility for this situation, provides an immediate update, and makes this right. Loyal customers deserve better communication and service. give me very bad review I was with them 2 day customer service line about 3 hours on this never helped me

I have not received the item and I purchased it two weeks ago and it has yet to ship yet
The diamonds are so small I am returning them.,
I ordered the yellow gold screw back and received regular post.
I received the wrong item. I ordered yellow gold screw back earrings. I received regular post white gold earrings.
Not Received my order until today.

I will never buy anything from macys again. My package has been on the way for over 10 days. Delivery extended again but I cannot cancel order because it is supposedly on the way. What a crappy company
This is my second purchase of the same earrings as I lost the previous set. This was made online instead of in person and it’s of better quality and lower price. The backing is secure and doesn’t thread off like the previous pair which was why one fell out. I would highly recommend as it’s perfect for the second stud.
