It's a great ice cream maker. I had one like this back in the 1980's. I found out the hard way that you can't fill it up to the top because the ice cream will expand and overflow. Other than that, it's a great machine.
We perched our cuisinart ice cream maker a few weeks ago & are so happy with it! Our very first homemade chocolate ice cream came out fantastic! Looking forward to experimenting with new flavors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this ice cream maker for its simplicity and ease of use. This is the second one I’ve owned. I gave the first to a friend because she wanted one and I was moving and couldn’t take it with me. The ice cream is soft but hardens perfectly in the freezer. I do wish they included a recipe booklet however I altered the Guy Fieri Cuisinart Coffee Ice cream recipe online and it was fantastic!

Only drawback we've experienced is the machine is a bit loud when operating. Not quite as loud as a blender, but when it has to run for 20 minutes, it gets a bit annoying.
This is a fantastic product. I have one and I purchased this one for my sister along with the Ben& Jerry's recipe book. This ice cream maker is easy to use and produces delicious ice cream, sorbets and other Frozen treats quickly. Cleanup is super easy and the consistency of the ice cream is perfect for soft serve immediately when it is done and then the leftovers freeze well!

We love this ice cream maker. It’s so easy to use and taste better than any store-bought. We used it consistently over the summer, and just keep the bowl in the freezer so it’s nice and frozen when we are ready to use. it’s so nice to be able to control the ingredients without the added extra.
