Firm density? I had to buy 2 to support my neck without folding it. Way too much money for a down pillow. Like everything in life, overpriced and underperforming.
As a huge pillow snob, I feel like I’ve tried every down pillow on the market and this one has been the best. It arrived flat, but I tossed it in the dryer with some dryer balls and it immediately fluffed up. I’m a side sleeper and this pillow is perfect, both soft and lofty.
This pillow has the perfect balance of support and softness as my head sinks in either on my side or back. Well worth the purchase.
I ordered a firm queen Ella Jayne. I suppose to receive the pillow 3-6 days. After about 32 days a soft queen Ella Jayne pillow was delivered instead of the firm one. I’m really disappointed.
I would never say this pillow has a "firm density". Yes, it gets very fluffy and feels plush but within 10 minutes of lying down on it, it goes completely flat. Every morning, I "re-fluff" it but it's the same thing every night. I was really hoping it would hold it's shape but it doesn't.
Love these pillows. Just the right firmness. You will sleep like a dream. I placed a pillow cover on top of the pillow before my hotel collection pillow case.

OMG! this pillow was delivered today. as soon as i opened it, i noticed that it stunk like someone's perfume!! i think this must have been used. UGH. SO DISGUSTING! it is going back. i am so disappointed. so expensive too. i expected so much more. oh and it was flat. i could hardly call it a pillow.
I picked this model because down usually squashes flat. I am highly satisfied with the feel. It is soft and it's lofty. It is a tad long for most of my P-cases but I just dig through the pile for the less shrunk (100% cotton) ones. Better than the cheapy toss-aways we've been buying lately. I like all foam shredded ones too but this was for hubby who doesn't care for heavy pillows.
The product comes in a small box, and it's rolled packed, you open and it becomes 3 times the size. it is supper soft and very low height, something suitable to taste. It is pure white. It is much better than most other pillows I've ever bought for a similar price.
