Columbia Women's PFG Freezer III Dress

The fabric is very cool and comfortable, doesn’t cling to the skin, and is also wrinkle-resistant and easy to care for. With just a simple accessory, a light jacket, or a scarf, it can even be dressed up into a semi-formal look. The sizing is also quite forgiving. I could probably wear a size S for a more fitted look, but size M works very well too. It doesn’t look overly loose, and the slightly lower neckline actually makes the dress feel less restrictive and even cooler to wear. I also love that the prints are becoming more and more stylish. Depending on the pattern and how you accessorize it, you can create very different looks for different occasions. It really doesn’t look like a typical outdoor-brand dress at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cut to the Freezer dress has been changed. I used to be able to purchase with no worries and to be on the same side I ordered a L and an XL. The L was very tight and the XL was very loose. I laid an XL on top of another XL Freezer dress I had purchased a few years ago and the cut is very different. Very baggie in the pit area, the whole bodice is different. Columbia stepped up to the plate and didn't charge the return fee (Thank You) when I sent pictures of the differences.

I love this dress and now have 4 in different colors. Super cute and comfortable… very flattering.

I am returning this dress because the material is disappointingly thin, unlike a similar dress I purchased years ago. I can't wear it in public.

The fabric is very thin and unforgiving. It shows everything under it. Because this dress is black, it is a tad less revealing and I am choosing to keep it. The pink one, though very pretty, is horribly unforgiving and revealing of everything under it.

very comfy, nice and cool, great after swimming. The empire line is a little high.

Not the dress I thought it was I had a dress similar to this from about 10 years ago. I was hoping that it was going to be the same but the material is thin and flimsy. Not what I had hoped for. The previous dress was like dri-fit material. I still get compliments on this dress and am asked where I bought it. Fabulous for travel as the material just wipes clean and always looks so classy and stylish !
