ZWILLING Pro is the most user-friendly knife available to the market. The unique blade shape and ergonomic bolster are the result of 280 years of experience in knife making, and the rigorous study of how knives are used. A unique curved bolster supports the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. The Chef's Knife blade was redesigned with a broader curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion. The full length of the blade can be used when cutting and can be sharpened from bolster to tip. Designed in Italy by Matteo Thun and made in Germany by ZWILLING J.A. Henckels, the company that sets the standard for exceptional cutlery worldwide.

The edge on these knives is amazing, they are easy to use and keep extremely well, if they are anything like my grandmothers set they will last a lifetime. The knives feel very balanced in the hand and are extremely sharp, cutting precisely through tough vegetables like butter.
Love these beautiful and sharp. I had pro s for 30 years and looking forward to these
Great craftsmanship. Knives cut extremely well. Great design and feel.
We had two sets already. This is our third and we bought it for our daughter as a wedding gift as we wanted to give her something that she would have forever.
I know these will last a lifetime. The construction, weight, heft, ergonomics, sharpness and precision of my Zwilling Pro knife set are things I’ve never experienced with the cheap ones I’ve been using my entire life. Food prep is a real delight for me now.
Knives feel great in hand, balanced and sharp. Perfect forever knife set
Extremely well made knives. Highest quality components and extremely sharp.
Good weight, one of the knives did not fit the block
The quality and sharpness of these knives is superb. They also look very nice displayed in the knife block.
Every blade is very sharp and I like the the self sharpening options and the shears are awesome
