Hotel Collection Turkish Washcloth, 13" x 13", Exclusively at Macy’s

I recently purchased this wash cloth. It is very soft and feels great.

Love the color and the feel (very soft)!

I love Hotel Collection and have used it many years. The problem is the color. Wanted dark brown and website showed light brown. What looked like dark brown was labeled as atomic whatever that tells you. It is actually a medium gray. I’m returning the hand towels and wash cloths and will have to look elsewhere. Too bad because it’s my first Macys website purchase in many years.

This is a gift. I have these towels at home and love their plush feel.

I never received them, but was charged for them what's it going to take for Macy's to ship them?

These towels are the best I’ve ever had. They dry you so quickly!

For some reason, washclothes tend to wear out the fastest. The edges become frayed and holes develop. When they are new they are soft and good but they quickly fray. This is supposed to be Macy's top quality.

The texture is soft and absorb well

Order never arrived! And I started a customer service chat - that dropped after 20 min in, and then I started a (very frustrating and circular!) customer service phone call that lasted another 35 min and I was put on hold and never returned to. I was kind and in the mood to problem solve and the Macy’s rep was not knowledgeable nor making efforts to remedy. I bought the items I needed elsewhere and will think long and hard before ordering from Macy’s again- and I’m a long time customer for bath, bedding, and linens.

Towels are great. Wash well and are soft
