Wheat Link 18" Chain Necklace (1.3mm) in 18k Gold

My partner love love loves this! She loves everything about this, and literally will not take it off. The quality overall is excellent, the clasp is super strong and durable, and the necklace hangs just perfectly, and flexes around her neck and moves with her beautifully. It has a lovely weight to it, and it retains a beautiful color and sparkle at all times.

When I picked it up I knew I wouldn’t keep it. It had no weight, was too thin, made more for a young girl than a woman of my age. I immediately went to the jewelry counter and bought a much better necklace. Learned a lesson that you really have to understand the size of the chain because the photos are deceiving

The chain is 2.16 grams! This pricing doesn’t make any sense

I should have read other people reviews first before placing my order. This is a FALSE advertisement!!! It lies everything: length(only 16")and width(only 3")! It's such a shame that Macy keep such a untrustworthy vendor! Not plan to buy any jewelry from Macy anymore!

The necklace was good quality however; the clasp was to large to go through the pendant

I ordered and paid for an 18" chain online. When I put it on, I noticed that it was short on me. So I measured it, and it is 16"! NOT what I ordered. I did not save any of the packing materials and don't have a receipt other than what is available in my online order tracking. I do have the little black pouch it came in. Is this returnable? Or at least refund me the difference between 16 and 18 inches? I feel ripped off!
