[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this set to replace old pots and pans. The stainless steel looks good, and I love the way these pans cook. I use them daily. I went on to purchase an additional wok and pan, same as the classic chef set. These pots and pans will be in my kitchen a long time.

I bought the 17 piece classic and have pitting on the bottom of several sauce pans but the most disappointing was the 8 quart stock pot. The first time I went to use it I saw all the cracks and dents. This pan would not even hold water. I am very sorry I purchased this set of pans because I don't believe any of them are worth the cost.

I have had this exact same set for almost 13 years and now am buying my second set for a second home. They are fabulous!

This is my first time transitioning from teflon to stainless steel. So far it has come to getting use to it by cooking on low fire and making sure we take care of the pots as soon as we use them.

I bought a set in around 2020 to replace the warped Revereware cookware (of 1970's era & of course, thier 'warranty' didn't cover warping, a very common problem) that didn't work on a glass cooktop. I have never regretted this purchase..Haven't used the skillets much as I don't care for fried foods. Everything still looks brand new. If cookware doesn't clean up well, I add HOT water & boil it, & then it cleans up perfectly. I use saucepans & steamer basket the most. Mostly handwash everything, very occasional dishwasher cleaned.

The pots do not hold up on a gas stove. They are really not a good pot for you to cook with Gas.
