I’ve tried several times to register my tree for warranty. I could not upload my receipt so I am sending the information through the mail.

Can't Wait For Next Christmas!
We bought this during the After Christmas sale to score the deal and now I can't wait for next Christmas to come. I put it up to test and fluffed one side of the tree according to instruction and am very pleased with what I saw. Finally a full tree that doesn't go straight through to the pole in the middle. I'm so glad I sprung for the Dual Color - one of the color settings will work great as a Mardi Gras tree! This is going to be a long year.

Extremely disappointed
The tree is so sparse you can see right through it from top to bottom. The branches did not spread out enough to fill in the gaps. Submitted a return request and the company is ghosting me. Trying for 2 weeks.. no response from them. Buyer beware.

Finally Got One!
I'd been searching for a good tree for two years, and almost bought a scam tree! Then, I found this -- a Christmas miracle!

Communication with company
The tree is beautiful but it did not come like the jingle bell lady described. Nothing was wrapped in plastic and there were no extra bulbs etc VERY difficult trying to communicate with the company. Phone number? Contact email? No one answers. I'm keeping the tree, but I'd really like some extra bulbs or whatever the jingle bell lady on the QR demo said comes with the tree. We feel like we got someone's returned tree.

This tree feels well made and sturdy, and it looks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re very happy with this tree. The 7.5 ft Princeton Fraser Fir looks full and realistic once set up, with a classic shape that fits perfectly in our living room. The PowerConnect feature made setup quick and easy, and the lights came on instantly without dealing with extra cords. The 800 dual-color LED lights are evenly spaced and look beautiful in both warm white and multi-color. Overall, it feels sturdy, well made, and completely hassle-free, a great tree we’ll enjoy for many seasons.
