The directions are easy to follow, and the slight compact size does not overwhelm counter space. I use Cuisinart products and they are very reliable. This is one excellent product.

This is my second purchase as the small mixer price apparatus disintegrated . I tried to replace the part to no avail. With this second purchase I bought the 3 year warranty. The machine made great bread so I figured I’d stick with the same product. I made bread 1-2 times a week so it really got used.

I was initially surprised by how small it was, but then realized it is the PERFECT size for one or two people. See, REAL bread doesn't last more than a week, tops. This little machine can really crank out the good loaves! It turns out, I don't NEED anything bigger! The bread comes out amazing, and I really couldn't ask for more. I was more impressed with this purchase that I could have imagined.
