I wore this shoe literally less than an hour to work and barely walked in them as I jumped in my car at the house and the minute I parked and stepped out my car the heel top fell out in one shoe. It gets worse. I stepped out to lunch and upon return the other heel top came out! Got less than 2 hour wear! Don’t waste your money!
The small piece on the back of the heel broke the first time I wore them. The shoes are cute, but the quality is disappointing and they should not have broken that quickly.
Very comfortable shoes! Classic but cute!
Runs small . My toes didn’t have room . Returning both . They look beautiful though
I purchased the black. They are very comfortable & look beautiful.
Nice
Although the heel itself was comfortable, the heel cap broke off after wearing them the first 2 hours 😒
Great shoes! these shoes are extremely cute. You can dress them up or down fit true to size I would recommend they’re beautiful and comfortable .
I never read show reviews for Nine West. Nine West was always a quality shoe. After my third wear, the heel tip came off. I'm shocked by the lack of quality now. I plan to return for a refund or repair.
I can’t believe that I received these shoes and they have been worn and the heel caps are missing! Macy’s this is totally out of line and so not the expectations of your store. I will not make another online purchase.
