The All-Clad Stainless Steel 7 piece cookware set includes a 10 inch fry pan, a 2-quart covered sauce pan, a 3-quart covered saute pan and a 6-quart covered stockpot. All-Clad's Stainless 3-ply cookware features a thick-gauge aluminum core that attracts heat fast, while the addition of stainless steel ensures even heat distribution for consistent results across the entire cooking surface, all the way to the rim. Even more, its stainless-steel interior offers natural stick resistance, letting you know when food is ready to release, and it won't react with food, so there's no risk of food picking up a metallic taste. To keep your All-Clad looking brand new, we recommend washing your cookware with a soap and sponge instead of the dishwasher. Bonded, Engineered, & Assembled in USA. Backed by All-Clad's Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Love the size of the pan. Had a Calphalon similar size for 25 years. Cooked well and evenly. Not so sure about the cleaning... Had to attempt to clean it a few times. Used a soft sponge similar to one used for non-stick pans as was suggested... but it didn't clean it easily... thought it was clean and after it dried, saw there was still residue on the bottom. Need to resolve this issue if I'm going to be really satisfied with the product.

Poor heat distribution
I thought I was getting high quality with this All Clad brand, but these pots and pans do not evenly distribute the heat. The center burns and the outside edges don’t cook. One flaw is in the design of the larger pots/pans. They made them so wide and shallow! The heat doesn’t evenly reach the edges of the pot and they take up more space on the stove. The smaller saucepan is fine but require more stirring to prevent burning at the bottom. I would not recommend these wide pots or pans.

Not a good, clean pour edge
I bought it to heat my almond milk for my morning matcha. I chose this since it had a curved edge that looked great for pouring. But it drips down the side and makes a mess. Very disappointed.

Pan came scratched
Pan was scratched when I used it for the first time. Not the quality i expect from a "high quality" brand.
