I bought the heart as a symbol of a lost loved one. I purchased another piece with an initial. I wear them both as a setting in honor of my grandson. The heart brings me clarity and peace. The silver that lies across the ruby heart is so beautiful.
It’s way too big and clunky. Will need to return.

This was a gift for my Godchild. She wore it only a few times, when the silver piece broke and the stone fell out. Cannot return it because she could not find the silver piece. No I would not recommend this item.
Never received my order!! I was told twice by customer service ( by phone) that my order was received but when I drove to the store they said they did not receive the order. I am highly frustrated!
The ruby is fairly large and the setting design is elegant, but the sapphires are so small in the setting that there is very little white sparkle. They invested so much in the deep red ruby, I don't know why they didn't make the sapphires larger than chips. The ruby is 150x150mm and 70mm thick. The chain is very delicate a little less than a mm.
Love the look and feel of the pendent. The chain is not worthy or pendent, but still a great deal. I have received compliments on it.
