I have been using this product for several years. As some of your reviews have stated, "the product formula has changed", the Universal Taupe color is a bit disappointing that it is more reddish brown than before. I preferred the softer black it used to be.
I have been using this product for about 10 years. It is great. It is the best of all of the brands. I like it so much that I ordered it for my daughter also for the last 7 years. She loves it also.

Have been using this for many years.First made aware of it on QVC, and was hooked. It is long lasting, looks natural. I took away 1 star because I've noticed over the last year or so, the different brow pencils I order break easily. This was never an issue before now.
I've used this brow pencil for years and years. It's the only one I use. I have very thinning brows and this pencil fills in my brows without looking like I've drawn them on. Very natural. And the Universal Taupe is a perfect match for my hair, even though I've gone from fairly dark brows to medium/light brown since they've become thinner. Color still works perfectly. Highly recommend.
