I received the 12" Nouvelle Copper Stainless Steel pan with lid as a warranty replacement. I am amazed at the quality of this pan. I'm looking forward to using it to its full capabilities!

Like my last review. . . just a bit heavy. Other than that they are a great set!
Seems really well made, and a good size. My only issue is that it is heavier than anticipated, so a front handle would be useful. Also surprised by thevlack of a vent hole on the lid. All in all, really liking it! Been cooking asparagus daily…
First of all it’s heavy, so get a good grip on it before trying to left. It’s beautiful to me. I like the sound of the metal if that makes sense. I have not cooked with it yet, but love looking at it.
Great pan I could cook everything with this kind of pan not too deep.
This is too big for me. May I return it to Macy's in Syracuse. What is the procedure?
Do they make a straight sided skillet with a lid in different sizes.
The only thing in the set that I liked were two skillets. All the other hit pains had sloped sides, smaller the bottom of large at the top so therefore the handles got real hot because electric stove heat went up the sides and heated the handles. The same if you use it on a gas stove. . . I did give mine away and they find the same thing at their house hard to use.
I love the fact. it has a lid. I can make 2 steaks at one time and they come out perfect everytime.
