I first bought it right at the store for my wife as Christmas gift but when we got home she tried it on that one end(ring) scratching her neck she hasn’t waited at all we brought it back in next day and they ordered a new one came in on 12/22/25 this is not good either , catching hair with a ring end so therefore we will have to bring back again to see if somebody can repair, fix it or else ?
Lovely 14k Gold Chain. The Macys Sales Associate helped me select this chain & I appreciate her opinion as she is familiar with the chains and she was right about this one. I purchased this chain for a specific 40mm Jade Torus or Pi Stone & it is perfect. I have received so many compliments.
The necklace is smaller than it appears online for the price. I will be taking it back for a full return.
Very thin..returned. I was looking for a replacement chain for my 25 yr old rope chain. This was not it
very pretty also appears to be sturdy enough to hold pendants without breaking.

The necklace appeared nice when I picked it up from the store. I finally wear the chain with a lightweight cross also purchased from Macy's. There's a pricking sensation really annoying on the back of my neck. I'm thinking it's a tag on my shirt was irritating the back of my neck, or a skin tag, I'm prone to them. I keep rubbing my neck intermittently. Tonight I decided to really examine the necklace. There's broken link or something is protruding that's sticking in my neck. I paid too much money for a piece of jewelry (3 months ago) to malfunction and stick me in the neck. Especially when I finally decide to wear it. I'm going to try and return it. Unless this is a fluke, I don't recommend purchasing this chain. I have pics to post but I cannot on this mobile app.
Sadly it pinches my hair so instead of being able to wear it daily as I intended, I only wear it occasionally for special occasions.
I was looking for a simple, beautiful and durable gold necklace for my ankh pendant and this fits the bill. I like that it is smooth so it won't irritate my skin. It is not too flashy but it is elegant. I hope it lasts throughout the years because I am not planning on taking it off anytime soon.
It is a beautiful chain and good weight. Not like most chains now that are way too thin. I love this purchase. It looks great with my diamond pendant.
