It’s definitely shiny and it glistens in the light. However it will rip your hair out and snag on every piece of clothing you own. You can only wear it if your hair & clothing doesn’t touch it.
The chain is gorgeous and very sparkly. The reason I rated it a four is because it tangles with your hair and with another chain when you wear them together. I plan to wear it with a flat chain to avoid it getting tangled with it. After wearing it I remove the tangled hair with a hair removal cream and a soft cloth.
This chain pulls out a ton of your hair. Don’t buy

I don't like the fact it not as smooth as I would like. I edges get caught in hair or clothing. It's pretty tho. Received many compliments.
It’s a beautiful necklace and I wear it with my diamond heart pendant. It looks great! The only complaint I have is that due to the texture of the chain my hair around the neck area rubs on the chain a bit and it feels as if I’m depilating the back of my neck which is bothersome at times.
