I'm very happy with my pans. It's true that they heat up a little faster; but so far it's not been a problem. I've used them for omelets, over easy eggs, and scrambled; also for fried potatoes. They're great! Should have gotten before!!

So far, so good. Hoping they last longer than the other brands I’ve bought in the past.
I had to replace my old Greenpan fry-pans and decided on this Chatham model. Cooked scrambled eggs in one today, noticing that the melted butter distributed real evenly over the surface of the pan. With the old pans, the butter/oil would pool to the edge, leaving most of the surface bare. I definitely like the coating of these Greenpan Chatham pans better!
I have these pans and pots, they definitely have a lifespan but are good and reliable. I only needed 2 replacements at this time.
