GreenPan Chatham 11" Ceramic Non-Stick Everyday Pan & Lid

Great Pan. Not too big, not too small. Just right for me.

I spent many months looking for a lidded, double handle, non-stick pan this size. I didn't want a heavy cast iron pan; however, this one is a little on the light side. Even so, I am happy with this purchase. I haven't had it long enough to give five stars. The "green features" had a big part of my decision to buy.

Love that it is non-stick. Don't have to worry about PFAS anymore with this pan. The lid is a great fit.

Non toxic, non stick, every day pan with deep depth, and lid. The handles do get hot but, it performs perfectly. We have tried many pans who claimed to be such and failed. Easy clean up. Use this pan a lot for spaghetti sauce and, so far, no staining. We follow the suggestions of heat and wait 90 seconds before adding oil, no cooking spray, and allow cooling before we hand wash. Only wish lid had a vent.
