Disappointed and frustrated
I ordered 2 pairs at the same time. One never arrived it was ordered on 9/11. The second pair arrived but the ink non theft tag is on it so these are useless. I am retuning the second pair, requesting a replacement. The pair that never arrived I am asking for a refund which will happen in 10-14 days. Does no one check this stuff before shipping? Anti theft tags are on everything. It should have been removed. Customer service was helpful but this means I am purchasing at another retailer.

Good looking and surprisingly elegant for a chino!
Very Happy purchase. Soft cotton, excellent fit, put-on-walk-out no tailoring needed, the stretch gives a little extra room for large dinner!
